Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 10 days of receiving your items. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging.
Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed.
If a product you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours. Defective products include holes, large misprints, broken zippers, tears and cracks.
TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE: Email elena@benandgiules.com with subject titled "Return" or "Exchange." Please include your name and order number in the email body. The order number can be found in your initial email receipt. We'll email you back within one business day with further instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: All of our products are hand made. There will be small blemishes and imperfections, which we consider part of the charm. These are not considered defective.
Sale items and international orders are FINAL SALE.
